1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmartLink ERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmartLink ERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed specifically for Zambian businesses. The Service includes features for accounting, inventory management, human resources, payroll processing, and other business management tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

After your free trial:

• You must select and pay for a subscription plan to continue using the Service
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable Zambian laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Maintain appropriate backup of your data

7. Data Privacy and Security

We take the security of your business data seriously. Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SmartLink ERP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartLink ERP, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
